2. Premium Subscriptions & Credits

Certain features of IELTS Agent operate on a credit-based or subscription system.

Purchases: All payments made through the platform are processed securely. You agree to provide valid payment information.
Refunds: Refund policies for test credits and subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, used credits for AI evaluation cannot be refunded.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the platform—including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and AI models—are the exclusive property of IELTS Agent. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide highly accurate AI-driven band scores and feedback, our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. IELTS Agent does not guarantee that your mock test scores will perfectly reflect your official IDP or British Council IELTS exam results.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IELTS Agent, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform.
